SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Return Policy 
Return of goods must be within 21 days in its original state with all labels and tags accompanied by proof of receipt. ALL returned or exchanged items MUST be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Shoes must be returned in the original box in good condition for change. All jewellery, cosmetics and undergarments, swimwear including pantyhose, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be NO EXCHANGES on sale items 

Items may be returned to our store at Grand Bazaar Valsyan with proof of receipt. We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items.
